The entire process should also be reversed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Potential deviations from expected outcomes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Wheelchair brakes not applied<\/li><li>Wheelchair falling off-ramps<\/li><li>Wheelchair belts \/ harness not used or not secured<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Examples of what might constitute something that would result in a fault being marked<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Driving fault<br><\/strong><br>Driving faults are not recorded for this exercise. This element should be assessed in its entirety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Serious fault<br><\/strong><br>Not securing the ramps or wheelchair, or poor handling of the wheelchair, with potential serious risk to the occupant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dangerous fault<br><\/strong><br>Not applicable \u2013 as exercise does not involve third party.
