Developing a performance mindset – recognising signs of stress and anxiety

Stress and anxiety are the enemies of performance. they can freeze you up and put obstacles in the way of achieving your full potential. If we can manage or at least get more control over the things that prevent us from performing, then we are part way to being able to deliver to our true potential.

Our potential is easily described as our performance minus interference. Interference comes in many forms and in this presentation, we will look at what that interference might be.
